Over the past year, I’ve shared at least two to three recipes here on Cooking Chat each week, as part of my increased focus on my food blogging. I’ve managed to keep this up through some busy stretches at work, baseball season and while traveling.
In addition to the consistent blogging, I’ve been working on my first cookbook. This ecookbook will feature 20 recipes that will have you loving your greens, served up along with wine pairings. Producing the cookbook along with the active blogging, not to mention full-time job, has taken a bit longer than I’d like. But I’m getting very close to finishing it! Next week I’m heading to my first food blogger conference, TECHmunch NYC. I want to share my cookbook with fellow bloggers at the conference, so that has given me a deadline! Until the book is done, I’m going to focus my foodblogging energies on finishing it up, so will be a bit quiet here on the the blog over the next week.
If you’re a fellow foodblogger reading the post, I’ll be looking for affiliates interested in offering my cookbook on their site in exchange for 50% of the sales you generate. Drop me a line at davidbcrowley AT gmail.com or leave a comment if you’re interested.
Thanks for bearing with me during this brief pause in new recipes…I think you’ll like the new ones I have coming out in the book so hopefully it will be worth the wait! Oh yes, that acorn squash with farro and collard greens in the photo above is one of the 20 recipes I’ll be sharing in the book. Stay tuned for the announcement that the book is available!
