This quick no-cook BBQ sauce comes together in minutes and delivers a savory, tangy flavor with just a touch of sweetness. Delicious served with steak, pork chops and more.
Combine the ingredients in a bowl – start by whisking together the soy sauce, ketchup and cider vinegar. Then stir in the 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika and tsp of maple syrup. Set the BBQ sauce aside to serve as a topping for a variety of meats.
Serve the sauce by topping cooked meat with the sauce. Alternatively, you pass the sauce bowl at the table and people can serve themselves the amount that they would like.
Notes
The sauce is excellent with pork chops and a variety of steak cuts. We have enjoyed it with sirloin and Denver steak.
Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
