This Simple Maple Vinaigrette lends a touch of sweetness to salads and other vegetables. Once you try it, you’ll be featuring it regularly!


  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • pepper to taste


  1. Combine the syrup, olive oil, soy sauce and vinegar in bowl.
  2. Whisk in the mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to toss with your salad or other vegetables.
